Course Description
With RAP, ABAP teams develop modern applications and services for S/4HANA. The ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model combines CDS, Business Objects, OData, and Fiori Elements into a common development model.
The training is suitable for developers who want to create modern ABAP applications, transactional Fiori apps, OData services, or web APIs. It is also a good introduction for teams that want to modernize classic ABAP development and prepare for ABAP Cloud and Clean Core.
Participants develop their own RAP applications and learn the most important concepts in a practical way.

Target group
This training is aimed at experienced ABAP Objects developers who are well versed in modern ABAP and CDS ABAP. We recommend attending the Modern ABAP training beforehand, so that working with Eclipse and the new language constructs is already familiar.
