Career at Brandeis Consulting

We're looking for reinforcements. However, we don't have any fully pre-defined positions at Brandeis Consulting. Everyone has different knowledge, experiences, and interests. Accordingly, the following points are only a rough guideline.

So far, we primarily offer training and consulting services for the following topics. However, we're also happy to hear from new ones. Please get in touch if you have other topics you're adept at. Then perhaps we can expand our portfolio together.

Tasks

We have a wide variety of tasks that drive our business forward. Here is a partial list of the activities we perform:

  • Conducting training courses. Online or on-site at the customer's premises.
  • Conducting consulting projects
  • Creation of training material
  • Creation of E-learning content, as videos or with interactive exercises
  • Conducting consulting hours
  • Presentations at community events, e.g. SAP Online Tracks or HANA TechNights
  • Writing of articles, blog posts and books

Prerequisite and claim

There are many positive qualities you can bring to the table. Here are a few of the most important:

  • Excellent Knowledge – Our clients book us because we stand out from the crowd. Because we're not just another team member, but because we make a difference. We want others to be able to learn from us, not just when we're in the role of trainer.
  • Quality – As trainers and consultants, we have high standards for our work results. We always write code according to the Clean Code Principles, and we do not incur any technical debt, even if the client urges us to do so.
  • Fun at work – Anyone who sees work as a necessary evil and a burden is in the wrong place with us. We're looking for employees who are passionate about topics and enjoy creating something.
  • Curiosity – about new topics and challenges. We don't yet know how technology and the market will develop. But we enjoy keeping our knowledge up to date.

What we offer

It's often said that it's always about the overall package, not just the individual components. But everyone has different things that are important to them. That's why we're not publishing a fixed list of salary components here (iPhone 15, Porsche, Bahncard 100 First, etc.). We should discuss what's important to you in a personal conversation. All we can say is: It should be worthwhile for both parties.

In any case, we offer:
